One workflow, from idea to deployed app

Not three separate tools. Build, learn, secure and deploy are stages of the same loop, so you stop switching between disconnected products.

  1. 1

    Idea

    Describe an app, or connect an existing repo.

    In development
  2. 2

    Build

    Generate frontend and backend, or code in your IDE.

    In development
  3. 3

    Learn

    Understand every file, decision and trade-off.

    In development
  4. 4

    Secure

    Scan each push and get reviewable fix PRs.

    Available now
  5. 5

    Deploy

    Ship through supported deployment integrations.

Three ways Fixie works with you

jwt.sign(user, "secret123")
Why is this risky? A hardcoded secret lets anyone who sees the repo forge tokens. Move it to an environment variable.
Learn while buildingIn development

Stop copying code you don't understand.

Build real applications with AI while learning how your code works, why decisions were made, and how to improve what you create.

  • Explanations tied to your actual project
  • Architecture decisions and trade-offs, spelled out
  • Security issues explained next to the fix

Code inside your IDEPlanned

Your development workflow. With security built in.

Bring Fixie's code intelligence and security workflows into your IDE. Spend less time switching tools and repeating context, and more time building.

  • Explanations and findings in the editor
  • Reuses project context to cut repeated prompts
  • Review fixes without copy-pasting between tools

Build and deployIn development

From idea to deployed application. Without skipping security.

Build your application with AI, understand the code behind it, catch security problems, and move toward deployment with confidence.

  • Pick a supported stack, generate frontend and backend
  • Inspect the code, then run Fixie's security checks
  • Fix issues before deploying via supported integrations

AI can write your code. Fixie helps you verify what it ships.

Generated code is checked for the security issues Fixie supports. Findings are explained in plain English, and fixes are prepared for you to review. It runs as part of the build loop, not as a scan you remember to run at the end.

Fix and verify

In development

Prepare a fix, run the checks that are supported, and review the result yourself.

api/checkout.tsIllustrative example
12app.post("/api/checkout", async (req, res) => {
13 const order = await db.orders.create(req.body);
14 res.json(order);
15});
Suggested fix · opens as a PR for your review
- app.post("/api/checkout", async (req, res) => {
+ app.post("/api/checkout", requireSession, async (req, res) => {
- const order = await db.orders.create(req.body);
+ const order = await db.orders.create({ ...req.body, userId: req.session.userId });
HIGH

Missing route auth

api/checkout.ts · line 13

This route writes to the database without checking who is calling it. Nothing verifies a session before db.orders.create runs.

Anyone who finds the URL can create orders or flood your database. Generated routes can skip auth when the prompt never asked for it, so it's worth checking every time.

Add a session check before the handler runs and reject signed-out requests with a 401. Take the user ID from the session, not from the request body.

  • Does requireSession return 401 when you're signed out?
  • Is the order tied to the session user, not a field a caller can set?
  • Do other routes in this file need the same guard?

Verification result

Checks that ran are kept separate from checks that didn't.

Illustrative example

2 of 5 checks ran · 2 not run · 1 needs your review

  • Rescan of the patched file: missing route authRan · no finding
  • Rescan of the other four flaw classesRan · no new findings
  • Your project's testsNot run
  • Build and type checkNot run
  • Your review of the diffNeeds you

Example data for illustration, not a real scan. Verification only covers the checks that actually run. It isn't a guarantee that a fix is safe, so review every change.

What Fixie checks today

Available now
Hardcoded secrets

Keys, tokens and credentials that never should have landed in the repo.

Missing route auth

Routes exposed without the checks a production boundary needs.

Open Supabase RLS

Policies left too open for the data they are supposed to protect.

Unhandled async errors

Failures that turn into broken requests or silent background faults.

Unthrottled endpoints

Public entrypoints that invite abuse because nothing slows them down.

Built for people who build with AI

Approachable for an individual developer. Credible when a team depends on it.

Students and self-taught developers

Build portfolio-grade projects and understand each part of them, from the first prompt to the first deploy.

Indie hackers and hackathon teams

Move fast with AI tools without shipping leaked keys or open endpoints on launch day.

Professional teams

Keep review and remediation in the PR flow, with developer sign-off on every change.
